Duties: Setting up RPX Airlines as the first cargo airlines in Indonesia and a member of RPX One Stop Logistic, deal with Transportation Department R.I, CAAS (Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore), PT. Angkasa Pura I & II, , PT. Gapura Angkasa, CIAS (Changi International Airport Services), Pertamina & SPC (Fuel provider) and etc, those are institutions related to the Airlines Operator Certificate (AOC), Flight permits and Agreements and also deal with French institutions and authorities for the purchase of 3 (three) Boeing 737-200s.
Conduct route assessments, pricing analysis, aircraft purchase contracts, aircraft appraisal. As a Team Leader for high level negotiation with the aircraft provider & agents, local authorities, insurance companies and customers (freight forwarders). Develop regular & charter flights, interline agreement with several airlines (domestic & international), business plan, people management and budgeting.
Total Manpower: 100 (including flight crew, aircraft engineers and other operations & marketing support).



PT. Wahana Dirgantara (RPX Warehousing) 1999 - 2001

Position Held: Senior Manager
Duties: Apart from duties state below additional responsibilities include supervising 3 (three) Managers, expanding warehouse activities, venturing warehousing options for several customers and provide preliminary assistance in setting up PT. Republic Express (RPX Airlines) which leads to the promotion at a Director level.

Position Held: Manager
Duties: Setting up PT. Wahana Dirgantara (member of RPX One Stop Logistic) warehouse operational flow including the arrangement of warehouse space/area, equipments, standard operating procedure, warehouse activities, cargo handling of 20 – 30 tons shipments for FedEx Airbus A320s per day. Conduct budgeting, warehouse management, overseeing general accounting and finance activities & reporting, deal with custom, airport authority and ground handling provider.

Position Held: Load Control Coordinator
Duties: The position directly reported to Cargo Division in Taipei Taiwan R.O.C with main responsibilities include assist Station Manager, setting up branches (Surabaya & Denpasar), conduct training, ensuring the safety of the aircraft prior to departure, supervise aircraft loading and unloading operation, cargo operation (export & import), dangerous goods assessment, passenger & baggage handling, ticketing, sales and other airlines activities.
